SKI-ña Colada Recipe

Ingredients:

·      3 oz. pineapple juice

·      1 oz. cream of coconut

·      0.5 oz. lime juice (1 lime)

·      0.5 oz. simple syrup

·      1 oz. SKI/Diet SKI/Caffeine Free Diet SKI


Instructions:

1.   Combine the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime juice, SKI, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.


2.   Shake well for at least 20 seconds.


3.   Strain into your glass of choice filled with fresh ice.


4.   Garnish with a pineapple wedge, lime wedge, or pineapple leaves.


5.   Enjoy!
